Closure of the castle park and restriction of traffic and vehicle parking (28.7. - 3.8.2025)
Please note that during the traditional Porcinkule pilgrimage, traffic and parking will be restricted in Opočno and the gate to the castle park will be closed from Zámecká Street.
From 1. 8. from 6:00 a.m. to 4. 8. 2025 until 6:00 a.m., the castle park from Zámecká street will be closed.
From 1 August from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on 4 August, the castle park will be closed from Zámecká Street. It will be possible to access the park through the gate from the castle courtyard (when the castle is open) or from Hradecká Street and Švamberk Street.
Visitors to Opočno Chateau are also advised of the traffic and parking restrictions on the days of the traditional Porcinkule pilgrimage (28 July - 3 August 2025). or in the parking lot at the ice rink. More info at the Tourist and Information Centre of Opočno or by phone: 494 668 111, 494 669 625.
Please take extra care and park your vehicles in places marked by the organizers. Park so that vehicles do not obstruct the passage of other vehicles and especially vehicles of the integrated rescue system.
